Who is Wayne Stonestreet? Good question.
I’m still a “work in progress”, as is this page. 😊
If you search the web, you’ll probably find I’m one of at least four fellows with the same name.
To help you know me, I’m old enough to have retired a few years ago, and I’m still working. I won’t be coming home to a rocking chair just yet.
I’m a writer, a photographer, and a manager at heart.
I have extensive history in a manufacturing environment and managed most areas of manufacturing operations at one time or another. My experience has included Quality Control/Quality Assurance, Sales, Sales Engineering, Production Control and Planning, Purchasing, Production, Information Systems (IT) and General Administration. And, along the way, I worked shoulder with Human Resources and Accounting, and have filled in on some jobs in those areas.
More important to me, I’m a husband and father. Iris and I were married in ’73. We have two daughters with beautiful families, including two industrious sons-in-law and five grandchildren. We love family.
We also love our church, where I’m actively involved as an Elder, teacher, and any area where I can help. For us, church is an extended family. We still have many “family” members from congregations where we used to attend. We’re thankful for the love of friends old and new.
And we’re thankful to know the love of God. There is no substitute for relationship with Him.
